Shipping Methods:

The orders will be dispatched only by approved domestic courier firms and/or Speed Post. The Platform Owner reserves the right to choose the delivery service for the Platform User, unless otherwise agreed upon when the order confirmation takes place.

Shipping Costs:

The shipping charges will be clearly stated when checking out or when the order is confirmed.

Shipping rates may be dependent on the following variables:

  • Product Type and Weight
  • Delivery location (serviceable area)
  • Cost of courier services offered 

In all cases, the shipment fee(s) charged by the merchant or by the Owner of the Platform are non-refundable.

Order Processing & Dispatch Time:

  • Orders are normally processed and shipped within six (6) working days from the date of order confirmation or successful payment, whichever is applicable.
  • Dispatch timelines for customised orders or bulk orders may vary and will be communicated in advance.

Estimated Delivery Time:

Estimated time of delivery after shipment is as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 3 -6 working days
  • Non-Metro / Tier-2 Cities: 5-8 working hours
  • Rural/Remote Areas: 7-10 Working Days
  • Products which are order will be delivered in 5 to 8 working days

These timelines are only approximate and follow the norms of courier services or the concerned post authorities.

Factors Affecting Delivery Time:

Time frames of delivery may be affected by:

  • Delivery timelines may be affected
  • Courier or postal authority delays
  • Weather conditions/natural calamities
  • Regional lockdowns, strikes, or holidays
  • Misrepresentation or incompleteness of the delivery address entered by the consumer
  • Force majeure circumstances beyond the Platform Owner’s control
  • The Platform Owner shall not be held liable for delay caused by the aforementioned circumstances.

Delivery Address:

  • All orders are shipped using the address provided by the buyer at the time of the transaction.
  • Liability for the accuracy of the delivery address and contact information rests with the buyer.
  • If any undelivered charges occur because of incorrect address information, such charges shall be paid by the buyer.

Order Tracking:

Tracking information (tracking number and name of carrier), upon the order having been dispatched, will be:

  • Distributed by email and/or text message to the registered contact information, or
  • Available through the account dashboard, if applicable, of the user
  • Customers can follow the status of their shipment via the courier partner’s tracking website.

Delivery Confirmation:

  • The delivery of tangible merchandise will be confirmed by the status of the courier.
  • The delivery of digital service or service-based products (where applicable) would be acknowledged through an email sent to the email ID registered at the time of registration itself.

Non-Delivery or Delayed Delivery:

In a situation where the item is not delivered due to customer unavailability or an error in customer address information, it is possible that re-dispatch fees may be incurred by the customer. The Platform Owner will help in coordination with the customer regarding the courier partner, but will not be held liable in case of delays on the part of the courier.
